This growth was possible only because of the strong foundation it had laid in terms of ethics, values and assuming responsibility for the success of its stakeholders. So, as a responsible business enterprise we strongly believe in maintaining a healthy Triple Bottom Line. Beyond business, we lay significant emphasis on meaningful relationships with our stakeholders such as employees, the communities that we work in and the environment at large.
Our People
ID understands that its biggest strength and most valuable asset is it’s talented and committed work force and takes all possible initiatives to ensure their professional development and wellbeing. Our Community
ID contributes to the communities that we work in at three levels. As an organization we contribute substantially towards different relief funds and rehabilitation programs. We also facilitate and encourage our employees to take up suitable volunteering opportunities in our communities.
As an ICT enterprise we use our expertise as a tool to bring in a change in our communities. We offer our products/services related solutions to governmental organizations and not for profit healthcare and educational institutions at a very nominal cost. The resulting cost savings enable these organizations to pass on the benefit to our community in return.
Our Planet
ID’s initiatives to reduce environmental impact revolve around the objectives of Conserving energy and effective waste management (reduction, reuse, recycle & disposal). ID employs the following measures to reduce its carbon footprint.
Constant monitoring of power and water consumption
Use of energy efficient ICT and other electronic equipment
Print, only when it is absolutely necessary and encourage double sided printing and photo copying wherever feasible.
Procure material with high recycled content and that are re usable/refillable, and recyclable, wherever feasible.
Use authorized organizations to re cycle/dispose of ICT and other electronic equipment effectively.
All our offices across the globe are equipped with video conferencing facilities to interact internally and with our clients. These investments have reduced the amount of business travel by ID personnel and the resulting impact.
Practice and promote ‘Green IT’ solutions and technologies such as virtualisation as they not only provide substantial savings in the ICT spend for us and our clients but also reduce the environmental impact to a great extent.
